Hi, I’m Angelica.
There I was, eager and fresh out of graduate school searching for a job, and after many job interviews, I unexpectedly landed a job at a local private practice.
So I joined! Excited for an entrepreneurial job, and while I had support from colleagues, after a year, I quickly realized that most therapists — including myself, aren’t fully prepared with the complexities of what it takes to work at a private practice.
70% of therapists report lacking confidence in business management. This is likely because, most training programs skip the business side —like how to market yourself to clients, how to transform your overlooked therapeutic skills into passive income, or an idea of what’s needed to even start a private practice.
Over time I’ve learned key lessons about self-care, practice management, and clinical work. It’s been a journey of growth and now I’m committed to sharing these insights with other therapists so they don’t have to go through the same struggles.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe we deserve as therapists. We often commit to providing services for growth and transformation to others, it’s time to include ourselves in that commitment by exploring opportunities that commit to our greater financial security and self-care.
My Approach
What began as my first job turned into something more. What sets my approach apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
